Industrial Electrician – Casual

Recruitment 24/7 has a Wacol based client who is looking for a qualified Industrial Electrician for casual on call / annual leave coverage.

Our client is a leader in the Print Industry with their office based in Wacol, the position will include Industrial Electrical work on the plant machinery. You will require experience with PLC’s, VSD’s, sensor work and ability to read schematics.

To be successful you must have:

• Trade Qualification as Electrician
• Industrial Electrical Experience
• Manufacturing, Mining or Printing Industry Experience
• Confined Spaces ticket
• Working at Heights & EWP
• Forklift Licence
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Excellent communication skills
• Available ON CALL for 12 hour Shifts

This position will be casual on call, to cover sick leave and scheduled holidays of permanent staff. The position will suit someone who is able to work shift work and not looking for full time work. All shifts are 12 hours and start at 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. A Flat Hourly rate of $52.50 per hour for Day shift and $60.00 per hour for night shift, which includes all allowances and all breaks are paid.
