Sheet Metal Worker

Recruitment 24/7 is currently seeking the services of Trade Qualified Sheet Metal Workers for various clients in the Wacol area. Our clients produce a vast, quality range of Stainless Steel, Mild Steel and Aluminium products to local, rural and interstate customers.

It is essential that you are a Trade Qualified Sheet Metal Worker that has extensive experience with Stainless Steel, TIG and MIG Welding & Fabrication.

You must be a pro-active team player, with the ability to work independently and treat workplace health and safety as your top priority whilst at work.

It is essential that you have a Drivers Licence and be able to pass a drug and alcohol test before starting employment.

To be accepted for this role you must have:

• Certificate 3 in Sheet Metal Fabrication
• Strong attention to detail
• Preferably 5 years’ experience post apprenticeship
• Understanding drawings / designs
• Producing fabricated / Shop Drawings / Sketches etc.
• Experience in basic sheet metal work machines i.e. Roller, Folder, Guillotine etc.
• Take pride in your outstanding workmanship
• Be available for day shift and can start immediately
